  • We work with you to plan each phase of the consultation, from finalizing the goals and objectives through to evaluating the project’s success.

We begin the consultation with a needs assessment.

  • The assessment may be as simple as conducting one or more telephone interviews. It may involve a more complex design that includes online questionnaires, focus groups and in-person interviews.
  • The assessment typically concentrates on your successes, the opportunities now facing you, and your vision of what is possible.
  • The needs assessment process always includes a desk review of relevant materials.

We customize the facilitation process to meet your needs.

  • The design considers your participants’ experience, training, demographics, attitudes and beliefs.
  • We ensure that the way we talk about Personal Leadership is pertinent in your particular context. For example, we select case studies and examples that will be relevant to your participants.
  • If organizational change is an intended outcome, we can use empirically sound pre- and post-assessment instruments such as the Intercultural Development Inventory.
  • We provide ongoing coaching for the members of your project liaison team to support them in their roles as champions of the project.
  • We can offer train-the-trainer services if you need to scale the introduction of PL either across large numbers of people in numerous locations or over multiple years.

We choose implementation strategies based on your requirements: your goals, objectives and design considerations.

We conduct an evaluation of every consulting project. Again the process might be as simple as collecting evaluation forms from participants, or as complex as pre- and post-testing and evaluative research.
