Our Facilitators

The Personal Leadership Facilitators listed here are the premier facilitators of the Personal Leadership—Making a World of Difference® method. They are the only ones formally recognized by Personal Leadership Seminars.

Between them, they have lived and worked in 35 countries—in Europe, Asia, Autralasia, North and South America, Africa and the Middle East. They have travelled in many more. They speak 13 languages.

They have professional experience in every sector—with government, business, and large and small NGOs; at all levels of domestic and international education; and in their own consulting firms with clients ranging from individuals to nonprofits to global corporations.

They have wide-ranging interests beyond work. They enjoy gardening and cooking; travelling; reading and writing; creating and appreciating art and music; being outdoors; dancing; sports of all kinds; volunteering for causes that matter to them; and spending time with family and friends.

They come to our Facilitator Program with a well-developed expertise in program design and facilitation techniques. Our rigorous, 18-month developmental program teaches them specifically how to integrate the principles and practices of Personal Leadership into their teaching, coaching, consulting and facilitating.

PL Facilitators work collaboratively in many different configurations. They design and develop materials and programs together. They co-facilitate public seminars and client services, and co-author articles and book entries. Projects benefit greatly when those working together to meet ambitious outcomes each do so with a personal PL practice.

Whether you’re looking for one-to-one coaching or a larger-scale intervention, we have Personal Leadership Facilitators who can help. Contact us to talk about what you need and expect, and we’ll connect you to the right person.
