About the Book
The book is authored by the three founding partners of Personal Leadership Seminars, LLC: Barbara F. Schaetti, Sheila J. Ramsey, and Gordon C. Watanabe. It provides two principles, six practices, and the “Critical Moment Dialogue” to help people access the creative possibilities that exist when they come together from different backgrounds or with conflicting perspectives.
“The book is an easy-to-read exploration of how people can connect with each other in ways that reinforce inspiration, curiosity, and full intelligence,
and in alignment with their highest and best,” the authors say.
Personal Leadership helps its practitioners discover that differences can offer
a focus for communicating and developing relationships rather than a reason for divisiveness.

How much does the book cost?
The book's suggested USD retail list price is $20 each. Shipping and handling charges as well as applicable sales tax may be added to the retail list price.
Should I order from PLSeminars or an online retailer like Amazon?
For book orders smaller than ten, shipping charges may be less through an online retailer - such as Amazon. Larger orders, and orders using a PLSeminars promotional code, can be ordered directly through us.
How do I use my promotional code?
Please know that the use of promotional codes offered by us (typically in conjunction with a seminar or other client services) are valid only if you are ordering from us directly. They do not apply to orders placed via Amazon or other online booksellers. To use your PLSeminars promotional code, please insert it where requested in the order form.
How do I order wholesale for my retail customers?
Please complete the order form below and type "wholesale pricing requested" in the promotional code field. A representative will contact you to verify your business for wholesale pricing.
How do I make payment for my order?
If you are ordering through us, you will receive an email invoice with instructions for paying either by PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account) or with a check by post. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
How long will it take to receive my order from PLSeminars?
Most orders are ready to ship in 5-10 business days. Shipping time can take 3-5 days for most Continental US deliveries unless you specifically request 'second day' or 'overnight' shipping.
What if I am placing my order from outside the United States?
PLSeminars' printer and distributor has offices in the United Kingdom as well as in the United States. We will place your order with whichever location offers you the least expensive and fastest shipping — order direct now. For single orders, consider an online retailer - such as Amazon - with offices in or near your own country — for example: Amazon UK
We are not able to accept returns. Exchanges for books purchased through us will be made in the case of a printing error.
