PL was abundantly present at the 2016 Summer Institute of Intercultural Communication (SIIC).  It served as the core foundation for the Fellows program, it lay at the heart of the specialized week-long session “Leading Self While Leading Others" AND it was the focus of an evening session.

 

 

 

The evening session was FULL of 40 SIIC participants wanting to know what this crazy thing “PL” was all about and how they could incorporate PL into their wide variety of work and diverse multiculturally rich lives.

 

 

 

In the the post session evaluations, participants deeply appreciated the personal stories from the panel of senior PL practitioners and felt that the evening was a “great gateway” to begin an acquaintance with PL.

 

 

 

There is NOTHING like personal stories to communicate the power and effect of the 6 practices and two principles.  Thank you panel for walking your talk, for diving deep  and for finding stories that mattered.  You all are amazing and PL is so honored to be in this community with you!
