PL work
Almendra Staffa-Healey, MBA, was first introduced to Personal Leadership while participating in intercultural competencies coaching. She was amazed at how PL’s principles and practices allowed her to go deeper into understanding her frameworks and worldview.

In 2016, she took part in the Training of Facilitators Seminar and joined the Facilitator Program. She became a Senior Facilitator in 2017. Since her introduction to PL, she has been using it with her clients to help them integrate cognitive knowledge with a reflective framework, which builds skills and transforms behavior.

Almendra’s company, Intercultural Understanding, focuses on developing intercultural competencies. Through her business, Almendra incorporates PL into a number of professional environments: with families in the context of raising cross-cultural children, with teachers and educators in schools and in universities, with study abroad students as part of IDI-guided developmental coaching, and with teacher trainer and professional development programs.

Almendra facilitates PL in English as well as in Spanish.
